Hazel is a CILEX Advanced Paralegal and has been with BEB more or less since the company started, having met Bev by chance on her first day of business.  She now manages the team and the day-to-day running of the company.  Outside of work, Hazel loves watching rugby, walking the dog and spending time in the pub with friends.

Kerry joined BEB in June 2017.  She has a BA Hons (Criminology with Law) degree, Graduate Diploma in Law and is currently completing CPQ Advanced stage under CILEX. She particularly enjoys getting up to speed with new laws that affect businesses and also supporting B2C businesses with her Consumer law knowledge.  In her spare time she can be find supporting her beloved Leeds United, watching reality TV, reading or playing the PlayStation.

Molly joined BEB in October 2016 and has qualified through CILEX during her time with the business to become a Paralegal and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She drafts contracts for a variety of industries and particularly enjoys negotiating fairer terms for her clients.

Tracey joined the team in May 2021 as a Marketing Assistant, bringing with her several years of hands-on experience in social media marketing. She began her career as a litigation solicitor before choosing to pursue a new path following the arrival of her children. Outside of work, Tracey enjoys staying active, watching films, exploring new food, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jess joined the team in September 2023 and, after completing her CILEX apprenticeship, proudly qualified as a Paralegal in August 2025. Inside and outside of work, she has a particular passion in all sorts of writing, whether contract-related or entirely creative, as well as expanding on the sheer amount of books she can read in her lifetime.

Rebecca joined the team in November 2019 and is the friendly first point of contact when you phone the office. Rebecca keeps us organised with all our administration, bookkeeping and back-office support.

Bev began her career in a solicitor’s office, where she built a strong foundation in legal practice. She later moved into the legal departments of several lift and escalator companies, gaining extensive experience in contract and project management.  In 2008, Bev founded BEB, bringing together her legal expertise and industry knowledge to create a successful business. Today, she is semi-retired and enjoys spending her free time walking in the Yorkshire Dales.
