Like many people, we’d been fighting the thrills of GDPR compliance, and when I met Hazel, it was almost alarming to see how enthusiastic she was about it all!

As GDPR was a typically confusing legal directive, Hazel explained it simply without dumbing it down too much, and I could really see the passion she had for getting ducks in a row and deciphering legalese.

We commissioned BEB to help us with our own compliance, and took the opportunity to update our T&Cs and Privacy Policy at the same time. Like many small businesses, we’d had our hands burned a couple of times and it was great to get some better documents created that really worked for us – not an off-the-shelf solution.

Their motto is ‘Your Guardian Angels in Business’ – and this was elevated to goddess levels when she delivered ahead of schedule despite being snowed under with GDPR requests, and suggested lots of other points to our T&Cs that I’d never thought of – the benefit of somebody who really loves what they do – and has great experience with!
